Pav888 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the pav888 platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all platform users, including guests without an account, registered members, and active players. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pav888 platform.

Pav888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use the pav888 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by your local laws, whichever is higher.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list of any relevant regulatory body.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at pav888. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. pav888 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information you have provided. Documents typically required include:

• A valid copy of your national ID card or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Verification document for the payment method used

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. pav888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the pav888 support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Pav888 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, online bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, as well as digital wallets Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. pav888 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit using an account belonging to another person may result in account termination and further investigation.

Withdrawal requests will be processed once identity verification (KYC) is complete and all bonus wagering requirements have been met. pav888 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure the security of your transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Pav888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• Each account, IP address, device, and payment method is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Pav888 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical malfunction.

• Players are not permitted to use any software, bots, or automated methods to influence game outcomes.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to pav888 immediately. Exploiting bugs for personal gain is strictly prohibited.

7. Player Conduct

• Use of abusive, offensive, or threatening language towards other players or pav888 staff.
• Any form of fraud, identity forgery, or submission of false information.

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Use of multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.

Pav888 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

The pav888 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we continually strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, pav888 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or delays.

• Pav888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Pav888's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Pav888 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these terms.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Pav888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated herein.
• Suspicion of or evidence indicating fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the player through the self-exclusion option.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the pav888 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all conditions are met and verification is complete.

11. Amendment of Terms

Pav888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate changes.

Continued use of the pav888 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.
